However, I am committed to your full satisfaction with my products so if you have a problem or concern, please contact me asap and I will do all that I can for us to come to an agreement.
All kits and packs are produced to the highest digital standards and this means that I create all elements and papers at 300dpi resolution for maximum printing quality; all papers are saved as 12"X12" and as .jpg format, whereas the elements and overlays are saved as .pngs, with NO SHADOWS. I do not follow some designers' practice of placing shadows to enhance a kit's elements. I believe that should be the customer's prerogative to do so.
{How to use this Shoppe: To download anything in our shoppe, including free as well as purchased products, you will need to first REGISTER with the Wildwood Planet Shoppe, Log-In, place the products in YOUR SHOPPING CART, then go to Checkout.
